How It All Started
Quality Trade Group is a South Australian, family-owned and operated business with over 20 years’ experience across all aspects of the flooring industry.
Owner and Director Ben McGreen began as a sole trader, installing floors across South Australia. After years working hands-on on sites of all sizes, the business was formally established in 2017, growing into what Quality Trade Group is today.
Along the way, we saw the same issues repeated across the industry such as rushed installs, short-term fixes, and floors that failed long before they should. Clients were paying for work that didn’t hold up.
Quality Trade Group was built to raise the standard. We set out to deliver flooring and concrete systems that are suited to their environment, installed with care, and backed by clear, honest communication.
Today, we work across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, bringing the same level of care, respect, and workmanship to every project, regardless of size or complexity.
